Chatbot- Dialogflow CX and ES

- Hands-on experience in developing chatbots using Dialogflow CX and ES.
- Experience in designing/developing user-centric conversation experiences involving chat, text or voice
- Experience in architecting and building AI powered chatbot applications using platforms such as Dialogflow CX
- Sound knowledge of cloud platforms(GCP/AWS/Azure)
- Experience in integrating APIs using NodeJS and Python
- Construct intents, entities, and annotations in Dialogflow tool
- Write API documentation that outlines endpoints that Customers need to implement the CCAI on their end
- Liaise with the Customer and Data Architect on use case requirements and API technical requirements
- Label Agent Questions and Answers
- Labels that are used by Conversational Architects in the Conversation Nodes can be considered as Pages in Dialogflow
- Conversational Architects need at least 50 complete interactions from start to finish to model the conversation flow effectively
