Senior Salesforce Developer-Service Cloud
An experienced technical leader responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Service Cloud solutions. You’ll translate business needs into scalable Salesforce implementations—including case management, omni‑channel routing, automation, integrations, and support enhancements.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of Service Cloud functionality: workflows, Lightning components, Apex classes/triggers, Visualforce, Flow automations, and UI customization
- Architect and implement case management, omni‑channel routing, entitlements, milestones, service contracts, and knowledge management features.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g. ERP, telephony, chat, email platforms) via REST API, SOAP, ETL tools (e.g. Informatica), and middleware
- Ensure quality through testing, code reviews, debugging, deployment processes and documentation, adhering to Apex test coverage requirements
- Mentor juniors and collaborate with product owners, admins, architects, and QA teams to deliver solutions that meet requirements and timelines.
- Drive DevOps best practices—use version control tools (e.g. Git, Bitbucket), CI/CD, issue tracking (e.g. Jira), and deployment pipelines
- Maintain and enhance existing Service Cloud implementations, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement feature upgrades.
Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory:
- 5+ years of practical experience in Salesforce development, with deep Service Cloud exposure (i.e. case management, entitlements, knowledge base).
- Expert in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and data modeling.
- Strong proficiency in integration technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, middleware platforms (e.g. MuleSoft, Informatica)
- Skilled with admin configuration: profiles, roles, permission sets, page layouts, security model, record types.
- Experience in software development lifecycle: source control, CI/CD, test planning and execution, deployment, post-release support.
- Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Platform Developer II are highly preferred.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of CTI or telephony integrations.
- Familiarity with omni‑channel routing, Einstein case classification, AI-enabled Service features.
- Project leadership skills and prior experience guiding junior developers or leading Salesforce teams.
