UI Architect(Job No 393)

We are looking for an experienced UI Architect to lead the design and development of user interfaces across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience (UX) design, front-end development, and a deep understanding of modern web technologies. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging interfaces, ensuring consistency and quality across applications, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI Design and Architecture:

   • Develop and maintain the overall architecture of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
   • Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI components and frameworks.
   • Ensure that designs align with user experience goals and business requirements.

2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

   • Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
   • Provide guidance and support to design and development teams, ensuring adherence to UI standards and best practices.

3. Prototyping and Wireframing:

   • Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
   • Validate designs through user testing and feedback, iterating as necessary to enhance usability and functionality.

4. Technical Leadership:

   • Evaluate and recommend front-end technologies, tools, and frameworks to support the UI architecture.
   • Establish coding standards and best practices for front-end development, ensuring high-quality and efficient code.

5. Quality Assurance:

   • Conduct design reviews and usability testing to ensure that the UI meets quality standards and provides an exceptional user experience.
   • Monitor performance and usability metrics, and address any issues that arise.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Document UI architecture, design patterns, and best practices for future reference and training purposes.
   • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

7. Innovation and Trends:

   • Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in UI/UX design, front-end technologies, and industry best practices.
   • Apply new techniques and technologies to enhance the UI and overall user experience.
