Years Of Experience - 3.0 to 6.0 Years

Senior Engineer (L2) ? Storage and Backup is an individual contributing role and will be responsible to provide level 2 operations support to our global clients? Storage and Backup environments

Requirements:

5 to 7 years work experience relevant to enterprise level storage and backup platforms in particular EMC Storage, Pure Storage, Brocade SAN Switches, Cohesity Backup Solution Should be an expert in: Mandatorily on Isilon and Pure Storage. Additionally at least in one of: Cohesity Backup, VMW are

1) Experience on EMC Isilon and Pure Storage storage arrays

2) Experience on troubleshoot and maintain SAN infrastructure performance, hardware, and connectivity.

3) Good experience on Brocade series FC switches

4) Good experience on SAN storage provisioning, LUN masking and zoning

5) Experience on Storage capacity planning, performance analysis, monitoring, reporting

6) Good understanding NFS, CIFS, and Fiber Channel protocols

7) Good experience in supporting and managing the replication

8) Basic knowledge of multiple operating system environments like windows, Linux and UNIX

9) Very good communication skills ? verbal and written

10) Willingness to work in shifts and provide on call support in a 24x7 environment
