Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our growing SAP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP Finance and Controlling modules, and ensuring successful implementation and support of SAP FICO solutions in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.

• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules including GL, AR, AP, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC, and CO-PA.

• Handle end-to-end implementation, rollouts, and support projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, and HR modules.

• Design functional specifications for custom developments and work with ABAP team for development and testing.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT with business stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues and provide ongoing support.

• Provide training and documentation for end users and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

• [3-10+] years of experience working in SAP FICO.

• Hands-on experience with at least 1 full-cycle SAP implementation.

• Strong understanding of financial accounting, controlling processes, and integration with other SAP modules.

• Experience with S/4HANA (nice to have or required, depending on the role).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• SAP FICO certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Taxation (GST, VAT, Withholding Tax) and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) configuration.

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori Apps and SAP Activate methodology (for S/4HANA projects).

• Understanding of interfaces using IDOCs, BAPIs, or middleware like PI/PO.
