Salesforce Technical Consultant(Job No 1002)

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Consultant / Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or other integration patterns.
• Create and manage data models, custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality releases.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers (if applicable).
• Monitor Salesforce system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Custom Metadata.
• Proficient in Salesforce integration using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Jenkins, SFDX) and Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required); Developer II and other certifications are a plus.
