Job Description

The M365 Applications Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the management, optimization, and security of Microsoft 365 applications, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Enterprise Applications and SaaS applications and MS Azure.This role ensures the seamless operation, integration, and performance of these applications, working closely with various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all M365 applications.
• The candidate should have experience in Azure services like App Services, Web Apps, AKS cluster, Log Analytics, containers, etc. and DevOps.
• Ensure backend integration with Azure SQL, SQL Virtual Machine, SQL Server, Oracle, and Postgres DB.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of 5 custom Power Apps & Power Automate.
• Ensure seamless integration with Azure SQL, SQL Virtual Machine, and SQL Server.
• Manage the authentication and integration of enterprise applications using SAML/OAuth with external SaaS providers.
• Ensure security and compliance settings for all M365 applications.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support and enhance M365 applications.
• Technical expertise areas Proficient in managing M365 applications including PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Enterprise Applications.
• Should have experience in Azure services like App Services, Web Apps, AKS cluster, Log Analytics, containers, etc. and DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of Azure SQL, SQL Virtual Machine, SQL Server, Oracle, and Postgres DB.
• Experience with SAML/OAuth authentication protocols.
• Proficient in managing cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 applications including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
