Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using the OutSystems platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of OutSystems developers.
Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and security are followed.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the OutSystems platform and low-code development.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an OutSystems Solutions Lead or similar role.
Extensive experience with the OutSystems platform, including architecture, development, and deployment.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Certification in OutSystems is a plus.
