Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process for technical roles within the organization.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Recruiting:
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent.
  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit for technical roles.
• Candidate Management:
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Need to involve full recruitment life cycle process.
