Job Description

We are looking for Bid Managers to join our growing team. You would be responsible for managing the full bid process for multiple complex bids/RFI’s and proactive proposals at any given time. While the role is not one with line management responsibilities currently, it will require you to work collaboratively with teams comprising of a variety of stakeholders, including Sales, Business Analysts, Solution / Technical Architects, Delivery Managers, Legal and Finance Teams using your influencing skills to achieve the desired outcome.

 

What you will be doing

•                     Lead and drive the end-to-end proposal process for RFP from kickoff through to submission, produce professional and compliant compelling proposals

•                     Set up client presentations demonstrating credibility and building great brand impression

•                     Provide inputs to create ‘win themes’ and facilitate proposal reviews with solution consultants, SMEs, and other technical collaborators and integrate text and ideas from multiple authors to ensure ‘one voice’ throughout proposal

•                     Position Coforge solutions using compelling and persuasive RFP/RFI content

•                     Logically review and challenge estimates; solution and commercial constructs for the bid response and provide inputs to the solution and sales teams

•                     Provide inputs to Knowledge Management team to update internal RFP library and content for future bids.

 

Skills & Competencies

•                     Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively work across all levels of stakeholders, as well as in writing, producing clear and impactful bids and presentations

•                     Strong project management skills

•                     A team player with experience leading and collaborating across the team to ensure successful delivery of the bid

•                     Self-starter, collaborative contributor with the ability to multi-task

•                     Strong knowledge on mapping customer needs, competitor mapping and winning criteria of RFP

•                     A good level of attention to detail

•                     Proven experience on high tech projects/ assignments within the IT Sector.
