Sound technical expertise and extensive hands-on experience on AvayaTelephony and Call Center products: CM, SMGR, SM, AADS, IX, ASBCE, CMS, AES,
ACR, and QM, Experience Portal, IVR, POM, EMC, Call Routing, and Service Providerconnectivity.
• Experience of Avaya Aura Call Center solution, administration/support, and configuration Of the agents and reports
• Experience of direct interaction with business units (i.e., IP telephony users and call center agents), as well as liaising with other technical teams to implement and troubleshoot core voice projects.
• Strong knowledge in telephony systems (ACD, IVR/VRU) and call center business functionality (queues, skill sets).
• In-depth experience with the Avaya platform (WFO, AEP, POM, Gateway, Aura 8.X, and Oceana).
• Experience with Avaya installations on virtualized environments (VMWARE/VSAN)
• Excellent knowledge in call routing, SIP trunks, SBC, etc.
• Knowledge in Linux, Windows, VMware, DB, etc., to support during project implementations and migrations.
• Familiarity and understanding of VoiceXML, Java, JavaScript, JSP, JSON, and Struts.
• Expertise in maintaining technical documentation up to standards.
• It is desirable that the candidate be familiar with digital signage, IPTV systems, and AV over IP systems (QSC background music systems
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor of Computer Science or similar.
• Relevant Avaya certifications on AURA 8.X and strong experience are a must.
• Background in the hospitality industry in the UAE is preferred.
