Automation Tester(Job No 968)

We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Selenium to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.

• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and create effective test cases.

• Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects.

• Enhance and maintain existing automation frameworks.

• Ensure the integration of automation tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Work closely with QA and development teams to identify and resolve defects.

• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging automation tools.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in Java.

• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for automation testing.

• Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.

• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

• Experience in integrating automation scripts with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).

• Good understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with API automation testing using RestAssured or similar tools.

• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.

• Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms.

• Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber.
