Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Performance Manager - HR to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective performance management systems to ensure our team consistently achieves high performance. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills who can foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Performance Management System:**
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure alignment of individual goals with the company’s strategic objectives.
- **Employee Development:**
- Work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and design targeted training and development programs.
- Monitor employee progress and provide coaching and mentoring to enhance performance.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting:**
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements.
