Role Overview:
This is not a traditional L&D role. At MicroMitti, the Head of Learning & Development is a business builder. You will be responsible for transforming learning into performance, performance into productivity, and productivity into profits. You will own the link between training and sales target achievement—and ultimately, the firm’s P&L.


Key Responsibilities:
 Design the company-wide L&D strategy aligned with business and P&L objectives.
 Develop competency frameworks and micro-certification programs for each department—Sales, Investments, Marketing, Product, Tech.
 Build and lead structured, high-impact Sales Training Programs focused on revenue
outcomes:
 Pitch design and delivery
 Objection handling and investor mindset
 Real estate financial instruments
 Track training impact on sales KPIs: quota achievement, lead conversion, average ticket size.
 Design 30-60-90-day learning plans for new hires across departments with measurable goals.
 Own onboarding, orientation, and rapid ramp-up of new talent—especially Sales and Wealth Managers.
 Establish MicroMitti’s internal LMS, knowledge hub, and live training calendar.

 Launch leadership training for high-potential talent and Founders-in-Residence.
 Create a “Founder Mindset” curriculum focused on ownership, speed, and autonomy.
 Track ROI of training investments through clear metrics and P&L contribution dashboards.

Partner with external educators, behavioural coaches, and domain experts to bring best-in-class capability building to MicroMitti.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
 80%+ of trained sales team members should meet or exceed their quarterly targets.
 Direct revenue attribution of ₹ X per quarter linked to Sales L&D efforts.
 Average deal size increase of 15–20% post-training.
 New hire ramp-up to 80% productivity within 15 days of onboarding.
 100% completion of mandatory and role-based training modules.
 At least 100 hours of in-house content (live or digital) delivered annually.
 90%+ usage and completion rate of digital LMS and content platforms.
 Internal training NPS of 8.5 or higher across departments.
