Job Overview:

We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage all digital marketing initiatives for MicroMitti. The ideal candidate will oversee the digital presence across the website and mobile app, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and drive traffic, lead generation, and user engagement through strategic online campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

✅ Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy across all online channels (Google, Meta, SEO, etc.).
  • Planned and managed paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Analyze performance and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROI.

🌐 Website & Mobile App Management

  • Manage the company website (WordPress/Custom CMS) – content updates, performance tracking, and UI/UX improvements.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to track and improve user journeys across web & mobile app.
  • Monitor SEO performance and ensure consistent ranking improvements.

📈 Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute campaigns to generate quality leads from all digital platforms.
  • Track performance through tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Hotjar, etc.
  • Coordinate with sales team to align lead quality and conversion feedback.

📊 Team & Agency Management

  • Manage and coordinate with creative agencies, media buyers, and freelance partners.
  • Lead internal team members handling social media, design, and SEO.
  • Ensure timely execution of all tasks and campaigns.

📑 Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs, traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Suggest actionable improvements based on campaign and traffic analysis.
  • Maintain performance dashboards and present insights to leadership.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and social media ads.
  • Experience in website & CMS management.
  • Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, Meta Business Manager.
  • Strong communication and team coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, PropTech, or startup ecosystem.
