1. Construction Management & Site Execution
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved designs and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) throughout the construction phases.
2. Project Planning & Timely Delivery
- Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.
- Identify bottlenecks and risks in project timelines and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure all projects comply with regulatory guidelines, safety norms, and environmental standards.
3. Structural & Technical Supervision
- Oversee the execution of foundation, concrete, steel, and structural work as per design specifications.
- Conduct site inspections, ensuring adherence to design, safety, and engineering standards.
- Work closely with the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and finishing teams to integrate all aspects of construction.
4. Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure material availability and cost efficiency.
- Verify bills, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and work orders before approval.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
5. Compliance & Safety Management
- Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, environmental norms, and legal compliance.
- Implement and monitor workplace safety standards to prevent hazards and accidents.
