The Role: CHRO – Growth Partner, Not a Gatekeeper
We’re looking for a CHRO who is not from the comfort zone. Someone who understands speed, scale, and structure — and thrives in building organizations at 10x growth velocity.
- This role is ideal for someone who has:
- Scaled high-performance teams from 50 to 500+
- Built HR functions in Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, FinTech, or Real Estate
- Proven themselves in intense growth or turnaround environments
- Worked closely with Founders or Executive teams on org design, hiring strategy, performance culture
Key Responsibilities
- Org Structuring & Talent Scale-Up: Build, lead, and continuously refine an org structure fit for hyper-growth and agility.
- Leadership Hiring: Source and attract CXOs, senior management, and domain experts across PropTech, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering.
- Culture Design & Change Management: Define MicroMitti’s cultural DNA across verticals. You won’t just manage culture; you’ll create one.
- Performance Systems & L&D: Implement OKRs, performance tracking, and learning paths aligned with business outcomes.
- ESOP & Rewards Strategy: Co-create compensation structures that retain and reward top talent while preserving startup frugality.
- Workforce Analytics: Build data-backed HR dashboards for hiring velocity, attrition, engagement, and cost-to-hire.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably in BFSI, Real Estate, or Tech-driven investment platforms
- Proven track record of scaling startups or high-growth teams (Seed to Series C or 50 to 500+ employees)
- Agility over hierarchy: You’re hands-on, fast-moving, and not a paper pusher
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Indore – the emerging capital of Bharat’s investment revolution
