Brand Promoter (Mic Job/ 4)

Job Summary :

The Brand Promoters will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement. This position involves promoting our products and services through direct interaction with customers, both in-person and online.

Key Responsibilities :

• Promotion : Actively promote Micro Mitti
• Customer Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with potential and existingcustomers, providing information and answering enquiries about our products
• Market Research : Gather feedback and insights from customers to assist in product development and marketing strategies.
• Collaborative Campaigns : Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Reporting : Monitor and report on promotional activities, sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent ; a degree in marketing, communications or a related field is
  preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
