Moogsoft Lead with AIOps(Klo Job No 28)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Moogsoft technical lead with deep expertise in AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations)

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Splunk / Any observability and Moogsoft architecture and design.
• Proven expertise in AIOps, with experience deploying machine learning algorithms for IT operations.
• Extensive experience with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud, including designing complex architectures, custom applications, and integrations.
• Advanced skills in Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL), and experience creating optimized queries, dashboards, and automation workflows.
• Proven track record of Moogsoft, AIOps implementations or Dynatrace or New Relic, including event correlation, noise reduction, and incident management.
• Experience integrating Splunk with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and third-party monitoring solutions.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, or other languages for automation in AIOps environments.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, including monitoring, incident management, log management, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present solutions to stakeholders and lead technical discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Moogsoft certifications (e.g., Certified AIOps Engineer).
• Experience with other AIOps platforms (e.g., BigPanda, Dynatrace, IBM Watson AIOps , New Relic, Dynatrace, Datadog).
• Experience with cloud-native monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience in root cause analysis (RCA), incident automation, and remediation frameworks.
