Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Change Coordinator with 5+ years of expertise in IT Change Management to oversee and manage SD-WAN & LAN change requests. The ideal candidate should have ITIL and PMP certifications and possess strong coordination skills to ensure change requests are assessed, approved, and implemented with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee SD-WAN & LAN change requests, ensuring proper assessment, approval, and implementation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, network teams, and business units to track change progress and mitigate risks.
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring all changes align with business and IT objectives.
- Enforce compliance with change management policies and ITIL best practices.
- Monitor and report on change performance, tracking key KPIs and SLAs.
- Document all change activities, including risk assessments, approvals, and implementation details.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in change management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Change Management or Service Management.
- Hands-on experience managing SD-WAN & LAN change requests.
- ITIL certification (minimum ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation; higher levels preferred).
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Strong understanding of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira).
- Experience in managing Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and handling IT infrastructure changes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation abilities.
- Ability to assess change risks and develop mitigation plans.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in network infrastructure change management.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and cloud-based change management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
