Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. In this role, you will identify and acquire customers for business loans, provide tailored loan solutions, and ensure a seamless loan application process. As a Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire customers for business loans and personal loans.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored loan solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
  • Guide customers through the loan application process.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation for loan processing.
  • Work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loans.
  • Provide feedback to improve the lending process and customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, regulatory norms, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Graduate
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales of business loans
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of credit evaluation and loan documentation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
