Management Trainee – Recruiter (Full-Time, Remote)

Probation Period: 3 Months

  • This is NOT an internship.
  • 100% Remote Role
  • Full-time role with working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Salary range: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000/month (non-negotiable)
  • Probation period: 3 months
  • Must have a working laptop and stable Wi-Fino equipment will be provided
  • Lead generation is your responsibility – the organization will not provide candidate leads
  • Performance is evaluated weekly based on the number of successful joiners
  • We are not hiring candidates who want to “try and test” – we need committed professionals ready to grow

Core Responsibilities

  • Source profiles for given job requirements using platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Reach out to potential leads, conduct initial screening, and take video interviews
  • Schedule shortlisted candidates with the client company
  • Follow up with candidates and collect feedback
  • Maintain data throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Graduation from any stream is mandatory
  • Candidates with HR background or internships are preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of profit and loss concepts
  • Highly goal-oriented, target-driven, and ready to hustle
  • Must be tech-savvy and adaptable to changing recruitment technologies
