About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated professionals with 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales, particularly in EdTech or Academic Counselling. In this role, you will join a passionate team committed to making a significant impact in the education sector. As an Inside Sales Counsellor, you’ll be responsible for guiding prospective students through their educational journeys, helping them choose the best career advancement programs, and contributing to the success of a leading EdTech organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential leads, understand their career objectives, and provide tailored advice on how our educational programs can help them succeed.
  • Develop strong product knowledge and articulate the benefits of our programs to prospective customers.
  • Meet and exceed weekly sales and enrollment targets by effectively identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to post-enrollment follow-ups to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track leads and progress to achieve sales goals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to brainstorm and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or academic counselling (preferably in EdTech).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building strong relationships and rapport.
  • Sales Mindset: Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets while providing exceptional service.
  • Customer Focus: Active listening skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others grow professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Tech Proficiency: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria

  • A bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in business, education, or related areas).
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience with EdTech or Academic counselling is an advantage.
