Roles & Responsibilities:

🔹 Sourcing & Screening: Use Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals to source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
🔹 Recruitment Coordination: Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
🔹 End-to-End Hiring Process: Assist in managing job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
🔹 Client & Candidate Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
🔹 Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate details and recruitment activities.
🔹 Social Media Recruiting: Post job vacancies on various social platforms and portals to attract top talent.
🔹 Performance Reporting: Track recruitment activities and provide weekly updates on hiring progress.
🔹 Process Optimization: Work with the team to improve hiring strategies and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

✅ Education: Graduate (any stream)
✅ Internship/Experience: Prior HR internship or full-time experience preferred
✅ Skills Required:
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Strong understanding of recruitment processes
✔ Goal-oriented & target-driven approach
✔ Ability to multitask & manage high-volume hiring
✔ Understanding of profit & loss in recruitment (preferred)
