Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

• Post-Graduation/Graduation in any stream with outstanding academic credentials.
• MBA/post-graduation would be advantageous.
• Preferred Age: 35 - 65 years.
• Certification in REBT or any psychology-related course would be beneficial.
• Certification or Accreditation in training or facilitation is preferred.

Other Attributes

• 3 to 5 years experience in training students/youth in communication skills and workplace skills; experience in corporate settings is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of business communication principles, barriers to communication, and the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behavior.
• Pleasant and professional demeanor suitable for corporate environments; experience in induction training of fresh graduates or as visiting faculty in educational institutes is preferred.
