 About the Opportunity:

 What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and onboard high-performing channel partners (DSAs/Connectors) for sourcing home loans.

  • Build and nurture DSA relationships with high potential for loan disbursals.

  • Drive lead generation and partner engagement through consistent field work and alignment.

  • Ensure end-to-end coordination between channel partners, internal sales teams, and lender partners.

  • Monitor funnel performance and ensure file login and movement as per targets.

  • Report market trends, competitor updates, and partner feedback to improve product and strategy alignment.

  • Maintain daily activity logs and funnel data using CRM tools.

 Who We’re Looking For:

  • Professionals with 1–5 years of experience in:

    • Home Loan Sales

    • Channel/Partner Management

    • B2B/B2C financial services or lending

  • Strong relationship management skills with an eye for network building.

  • Proficiency in partner handling, performance tracking, and lead conversion.

  • Comfortable with on-ground field work and local travel.

  • Self-starters who thrive in high-ownership environments.


 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Commerce/Finance/Business)

  • Prior experience in mortgage sales, NBFC, or financial distribution will be prioritised.

  • Field-readiness is a must — this is not a remote or desk role.
