We are hiring dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives for a rapidly growing subscription-based startup in the educational toys and sustainability space.

Roles & Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Generation & Conversion

Identify and engage with potential customers via calls, email, and social media.

Convert inbound leads by understanding user needs.

Execute cold calling campaigns to generate new leads.

🔹 Sales Development

Present value propositions clearly, explaining the subscription model.

Handle objections, resolve queries, and conduct product walkthroughs.

🔹 Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term customer relationships.

Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure post-sale engagement.

Promote upgrades like premium subscriptions or special collections.

🔹 CRM Management & Reporting

Maintain detailed sales records in the CRM.

Share weekly performance metrics and lead quality feedback.

🔹 Cross-Team Collaboration

Align efforts with the marketing team.

Coordinate with customer support for seamless onboarding.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Experience with CRM tools.

Self-starter with a passion for sustainability or educational products (a plus).
