Job Description

Role: Business Development Associate

Company: Confidential (A Leading EdTech Company)

Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream)

Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 years – Maximum 3 years in Sales, Business Development, or Student Counseling (EdTech experience preferred)

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹33,000 per month (Fixed) + ₹3 LPA Variable Pay

(An average 10-30% hike could be provided on the current/previous Fixed Salary)

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling: Guide prospective learners about career-oriented courses through calls and video consultations.
Sales & Revenue Generation: Convert leads into enrollments and contribute to revenue targets.
Event Participation: Take part in video counseling sessions, admission events, and tele-counseling initiatives.


What We’re Looking For

🔹 Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to engage and advise prospective learners effectively.
