Job Description

Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

  • Post-graduation/Graduation in Commerce, Science, or Engineering.
  • MBA/post-graduation is an added advantage.
  • Preferred Age: 35 - 65 years.
  • Certification in advanced banking courses from reputed institutes would be advantageous.
  • 3 to 5 years of training experience in banks or large NBFCs, ideally in retail business roles with a strong understanding of asset, liability, fee-based products, selling techniques, and branch banking processes.

Other Attributes

  • Experience in corporate training is advantageous.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments, especially in processes like KYC and technological advancements in retail banking.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly without using jargon.
  • Above-average communication and writing skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Experience in induction training of new bank employees or as visiting faculty in educational institutes is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with various group training methodologies such as role plays, group discussions, group presentations, peer-to-peer learning, etc.
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in the regional language(s).

  • Deliver CPBFI training modules as per the existing curriculum.
  • Train participants to effectively pitch banking products based on customer needs.

  • Prepare participants for tasks expected in various banking roles post-training and placement.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of training activities
