• Manage end-to-end transitions to MMGS from across regions and businesses (Marsh, Guy Carpenter, MMC)
• Create transition plans and maintain complete transition documentation to capture and deliver process performance and success criteria.
• Provide complete transparency and visibility to the senior leadership on the transition journey with risks/issues/challenges being highlighted timely.
• Follow the organization s transition methodology to successfully transition projects with agreed scope, timelines and quality.
• Own, govern and enhance the transition methodology on a real time basis, or as required.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders in MMGS to drive transitions, projects and change across the organization.
• High stakeholder management with both onshore and offshore teams throughout the various transition stages
• Act as a guide and support lite transitions managed within business functions.
• Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives for MMGS.

What you need to have:

• Graduation/Post-Graduation
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification
• 7 to 10 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations and other transitions, programme management and change management.
• Strong project management skills and proven track record of delivering to deadlines.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and coaching skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts if needed.
• Proficient in MS Office, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
