- We are building a high-performing and adaptable Finance Team and are looking for someone to work effectively in the Financial Systems and Processes (FSandP) team as Synamedia enters an exciting scale-up phase.
- This is a key role as Synamedia establishes itself as an innovative and impactful global company. You may have worked for a growing company and experienced an exciting growth journey or you may have worked for a larger company but had a similarly exciting journey in one of their business units.
- We are looking for a dynamic Project Lead who has excellent project management experience working for a multi-national company. They will have the ability to take initiative, produce results and collaborate effectively.
- Responsibilities Support Financial Systems and Processes, setting up project governance and structure including project plans, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive projects based on defined priorities, ensure scope of deliverables, timelines are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and escalate as needed.
- Monitor project progress continuously, report on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables. Project management support during all stage of project delivery including requirements gathering, design and build, training and business change. Support Financial Systems and Projects Director delivering Financial Systems and Processes team roadmap.
- Provide communication (via email, meetings etc) to stakeholders on a regular basis on detailed status of the project, including risks, highlights, concerns and plans for coming duration etc
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are understood and the intent is properly represented.
- Own document management for Financial Systems and Processes team and ensure appropriate controls are in place for documentation and access.
- Promote and share best practices, supporting continuous improvement and change management 8-10 years of experience in project management and delivery using established project management methodologies.
- Ability to quickly put structure, governance, and communications around projects.
- Demonstrates a high level of stakeholder management and communication skills, with an aptitude for dealing with IT and business colleagues and external partners at all levels
- Ability to flex working patterns on certain projects to provide support to stakeholders and their teams when working across multiple regions/time zones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience of liaising with stakeholders at a variety of levels Finance education and background with experience in ERP Finance projects is highly desirable.
