Lead and manage Salesforce CPQ and Billing projects
Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Work closely with key stakeholders/project team to recommend and agree technical solutions to meet business requirements, solution design, effort estimation and work breakdown for assigned tasks to support Agile practices
Participate in Center of Excellence activities and internal product and application development
Participate in the development of best practices, strategies, and policies around data governance, including master data management, metadata management, data quality and data profiling
Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to assistance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of a broad range of emerging technology trends and identifies opportunities where technology might be deployed to deliver business improvements and competitive advantage.
Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating and project planning)
Train and Mentor Junior resources
Assist with build Salesforce and related practices at Bluvium with knowledge sharing, participating in community events, writing white papers etc.

Skills and Experience Required:

7+ years of implementation experience on Salesforce and Force.com platform with at least 2 complete lifecycle implementations
At least 2 years of experience of solutioning and designing applications on Salesforce and Force.com platform
Excellent Salesforce programming skills (Apex and Visualforce/lightning)
Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform and suite of Salesforce products
Ability to design and provide solutions using Salesforce.com out of box features and custom development tools
Extensive knowledge of product configuration, complex pricing rules and sequence, quote configurator plugins and Salesforce CPQ APIs
Good understanding of Salesforce CPQ Price Waterfall methodology
Proficiency in various CPQ functionalities like amendments, renewals, and order management
Excellent project management skills
Extensive experience in all phases of Salesforce process which involves requirement gathering, requirement analysis, design, development, implementation Integration and enhancement in Salesforce projects
Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, best practices, and deployment methodologies
Proven experience in solution design, effort estimation and work breakdown for assigned tasks to support Agile practices
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Great work ethic, passion for product quality and attention to detail
Ability to work in fast pace environment with team members spread across the world

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience
Mandatory: Salesforce Administrator Certification
Mandatory: Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
Mandatory: Salesforce CPQ Certification
Preferred: One or more current Salesforce certifications - Any Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator
