Project Manager:

• Minimum 6 to 8 years prior experience in IT Project Management.
• He/she has to coordinate with Delivery Manager.
• Should have hands on experience on Microsoft Project Plan.
• Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for projects from the client and update them on the projects.
• Coordinate all project activities.
• Deliver functional specifications with the help of functional experts and manage the implementation/delivery of the projects with the implementation team.
• Ensure projects are estimated accurately and delivered on time.
• Evaluate project status and performance.
• Updating all project status and notifications in an accurate and timely manner.
• Obtain and process status data and maintain an updated plan.
• Coordinate with product development team for deployment and enhancement as and when required
• Responsible for the effective flow of information between team members, participants in project activities. Handling correspondence and keeping the track all the correspondences related to Project.
• Coordinate and Communication with clients on the new requirements or enhancement.
• Conduct periodic steering committee meetings with customer
• Facilitates the resolution of issues and follow up incident.
  Interfaces with business users to gather detailed requirements.
• Coordinate the collection, description and analysis of requests for projects from the client and update them on the projects.
• Ensure project milestones are signed off and billed on time
