Role: Service Desk Engineer

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Working Days: 5 days

Shift: UK Shift

Qualification: Graduates (Fresher or experienced)

Location: Gurgaon

Salary:

Fresher- Up to 3.25 LPA

Experienced- Up to 4 LPA

Application Support Engineer Project Role Description:

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Must have Skills:

* Service Desk Management, Critical Incident Management * Good to Have Skills * No Technology Specialization Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365

2. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. 3. End User Device Management 4. 1st line support experience 5. Good knowledge of O365, Windows 10, MS Office, AD and Exchange Online 6. Incident Management experience managing incidents, including business expectations and communication is essential Technical Experience. 7. Basic TCP/IP Networking Protocols Windows server MCP certification and a good grasp of ITIL with relation to a Service Desk environment Professional

Shift: Rotational Shift and Rotational off 5 days' work and 2 days off

Preferred candidate profile:

* Support Engineer in International MNC's Experience
