• We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with 10-14 years of experience to lead our Digital Transformation Projects team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex IT projects in Banking domain, with a strong focus on Angular, NodeJS, Springboot, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Mobile Applications.
• As a pivotal member of our organization, the Delivery Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and effective execution of projects, meeting client requirements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  
• Lead a team of skilled professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project coordination and alignment with business objectives.
  
• Develop and implement robust project plans, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering an environment of innovation, best practices, and process optimization.
  
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during project execution.
  
• Monitor project KPIs, generate comprehensive reports, and provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting project progress and any potential areas for improvement.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in delivery management within the IT industry, with a strong focus on Digital Transformation Projects.
  
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Angular, NodeJS, Springboot, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Mobile Applications.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach to managing client relationships and expectations.
  
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in project management will be a plus.
