Job Description

Working with Project and Program Management, Systems Design and Delivery, Quality Assurance, Production Support and Infrastructure
ServiceNow CIS IT Service Management Certified and ServiceNow Admin certified. Understands and has experience with ServiceNow ITIL framework.
Proficiency with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, PPM, Discovery, Knowledge, CMDB
Experience in cloud environment such as AWS/Azure. Certification in AWS and Azure is preferred.
Experience with integration to third party tools via REST API, OOB ServiceNow Connectors.

Design, develop and deploy technical ServiceNow components such as: business rules, client scripts, UI policies and actions, UI pages and macros, script includes, catalog items, workflows, web services, reports.
Experience with working or developing in the following programming languages: HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, JavaScript API, Client and Server-side Scripting, ServiceNow API's, Web Services.
Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript-Angular JS, XML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, SOAP, REST

Demonstrated experience with applications servers, development tools, build tools and configuration management practices.
Experience in working with database (utilizing any of the RDBMS like Oracle, DB2, MySQL or SQL Server) and involvement in data modeling and design of database.
Experience in SQL and performance tuning of the same.
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively express complex technical concepts
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of project life cycle methodology and procedures
