Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop, implement, and maintain software asset management processes and procedures using the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage software license entitlements, usage, and compliance.
• Conduct software asset inventory assessments and reconcile inventory with license entitlements.
• Monitor software usage and ensure compliance with software license agreements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on software asset management best practices.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track software asset status and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software asset management and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certification in ServiceNow SAM or relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
• years of experience in IT asset management, with a focus on software asset management.
• Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform, particularly in SAM Pro module.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
