Job Description

5-7 Years Engineering and Development experience in ServiceNow
4-5 plus years of hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITSM Modules Development and Implementation
Hands on experience on various IT Services modules of ServiceNow viz. Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalogue Requests, Service Portal, Configuration Management, Release, ServiceNow Administration, Knowledge Management, Reporting, Gauges, Integration with Web Services.
Understanding and hands on experience of Legacy Applications Migration conditions

High proficiency in developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions, catalog items, demonstrate knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS.
Experience in writing Data Sources, transform maps and properly analyzing coalesce.
Worked in configuration of Workflows, creating approvals and Execution plans for the catalog items.
Worked on integrating ServiceNow with external SOAP and REST based web services.
Experience in server scripting (business rules/script includes) and has a strong understanding of server/client APIs.
Good working knowledge in debugging and optimizing the performance of Catalog Client Scripts, UI scripts and UI Policies.

Strong experience in ServiceNow Dev instance establishment and migration of update sets to Test and Prod environment.

Implementation Specialist Trainings accreditation and certifications is desirable in at least one of the following:
CIS – ITSM Implementation

Demonstrate knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills.
