Electro Mechanical Engineer(Ign Job/ 66)

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering with 6-10 years’ experience/ master’s in mechanical engineering with 5+ years in Machine design.
• Semiconductor or Special Purpose Machine design experience preferred.
• Handle the Create Electrical Cabinets, Racks & Box assembly Designs.
• Design Sheet Metal Bracket based on the mounting requirements.
• Fasteners selection for brackets & other mounting requirements
• GD & T based Drawing creation for components
• Create 3D Electrical Routing and generate 2D drawing (Capital Modular XC)
• Experience in PMI models (MBD) for Part models and Sheet metals.
• Selection of materials, standard components and validating the concept designs through engineering design calculations.
• Creation of 3D models using UG NX and controlling its product life cycle through Team center.
• Calculate bolt pretension requirements using bolt calculator.
• Customer & offshore team collaboration on work progress/achievement
• Working with Cross functional team to gather requirements and classify them based on the domain.
• Creating time estimation for Project and plan for the project execution to meet the EDD.
• Presenting the designs for design reviews, attending the meeting and creation of Minutes of meeting (MoM) for next course of action
• Performing Design reviews and Implementation engineering change throughout the design process with milestones to achieve their successful release.
• Performing design reviews, creation of manufacturing drawings and pushing the design for prototype manufacturing (R2 release)
