Sr Manager Production(HOP Job/ 14)

Prepare Production plan, schedule & resources according to meet demand & inventory target.  Planning as per available finished goods and market demand and/or projection for weekly plan .Maintain stock level of each SKU’s by doing effective planning.

Provide manpower budget based on sales figures.

Responsible for equipment’s preventive maintenance and provide annual maintenance schedule

Maximize Machine utilization & optimizing process improvements and efficiency.

Effective planning with minimum changeover for production lines to control RM and utility losses

Provide manpower requirements to HR as per production plan. Optimizing manufacturing costs.

Maximize production by minimizing wastage and provide production yield and manufacturing data to MIS.

Ensure compliance with ISO , HACCP, GMP and FSSAI requirements and standards

Coordinating with maintenance department to resolve problems in production equipment’s and packing lines.

Taking initiatives for increasing the efficiency and performance of Plant, executed some special considerations in such a way that plant capacity can be increased.

Facilitate teamwork and help build an effective work relationship with other shifts

Provide shift roaster to HR for production team.

Providing all Safety Related training & Hygiene related training in plant to new person & also maintain the same on strictly basis
