UX Designer for IoT Web Dashboard(Hea Job/ 103)

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to create a seamless and intuitive user experience for our IoT web dashboard. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in designing user-centered solutions. The UX Designer will work closely with our UI Designer, developers, and product managers to ensure that the design solutions meet the project's requirements and are aligned with our brand's overall design strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our users, and develop user personas and user journeys
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for the IoT web dashboard, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
• Collaborate with the UI Designer to ensure that the UX design is aligned with the visual design and meets the project's goals
• Work closely with developers to ensure that the design solutions are implemented correctly and meet the project's technical requirements
• Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across the dashboard and its applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the design of the dashboard
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a similar industry (IoT, web applications)
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing user-centered solutions
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies (e.g., user research, usability testing)
• Experience with front-end development principles and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Experience with design systems and style guides
• Knowledge of accessibility principles and guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Section 508)
• Familiarity with IoT-specific design challenges and opportunities
