UI Developer for IoT Web Dashboard(Hea Job/ 102)

We are seeking a talented UI Designer to create a cohesive and consistent visual design language for our IoT web dashboard. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces. The UI Designer will work closely with our UX Designer, developers, and product managers to ensure that the styling files and components meet the project's requirements and are aligned with our brand's overall design strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop styling files (e.g., CSS, SCSS, LESS) and components for the IoT web dashboard, ensuring consistency and coherency across multiple applications

Create high-quality, visually appealing, and user-friendly UI designs that meet the project's requirements and align with our brand's design strategy

Collaborate with the UX Designer to ensure that the UI design is aligned with the user experience and meets the project's goals

Work closely with developers to ensure that the styling files and components are implemented correctly and meet the project's technical requirements

Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across the dashboard and its applications

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the design of the dashboard

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in UI design, preferably in a similar industry (IoT, web applications)

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

Strong understanding of front-end development principles and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SCSS, LESS) and CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material-UI)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

Experience with design systems and style guides

Knowledge of accessibility principles and guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Section 508)

Familiarity with IoT-specific design challenges and opportunities
