Sub-PjM – R&R

- Legal reporting to head of PMO, Functionally reporting to multiple PjMs

Responsibilities:

Support Project Manager in planning

1. Coordinate with resource managers for inputs (WBS & Estimates)

2. Translate them into MPP & maintain baselines

Support Project Manager in tracking

1. Coordinate with resource managers for collecting weekly status

2. Update MPP actuals

3. Generate weekly reports as required by the project

4. Make initial analysis on KPIs status (effort variance, schedule variance)

Support Project Manager on need basis for:

1. Release management (ensuring OPLs closed, MPP tasks completion status is 100%)

2. Audits and Assessments (ensuring data integrity)

3. Risk Management (adding corresponding work packages in MPP and tracking)

Sub-PjM – Skills

Basic understanding of:

1. Project Management  (MPP knowledge is a MUST, effort, duration, understanding of KPIs as effort variance, schedule variance, critical path, generating reports from mpp, Risk Management - adding work packages in mpp as part of Risk Mgmt, maintaining and following upon Open Issue List)

2. Software development lifecycle

3. Process (reviews, change management, baselines, release..)

4. Version management
