  • Assess and manage training needs
  • Report on HR metrics to management

  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  • Stay updated through HR workshops, publications, and networks

  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

Education/Pedigree:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in HR or Organization Development
  • Participation in HR communities such as SHRM/NHRD is a plus
