Manager/ Senior Manager – Process Engineering(Hea Job/ 44)

Responsibilities:

Process Design and Optimization:

• Process Development: Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for cookware production, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize defects.

Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly and effectively.

• Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

• Process Capability Studies: Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to ensure processes meet performance requirements.

• Lean Manufacturing: Implement and manage lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows and reduce waste.

• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols.

• FMEA: Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential problems and implement preventative measures.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including engineering, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.

• Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers to optimize raw material usage and ensure timely delivery.

• Communication: Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, including management and stakeholders.

• Manufacturing Processes: Possess in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment used in cookware production.
