Job Description:

An Engineering Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end management of products along with the delivery and services around it. You will be responsible for the team who is involved in the design, development, and maintenance of the product. You will also be involved in the interaction with Functional user’s and other stakeholders working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.
• Understand the User Stories and derive Design guidelines Involve end to end to Design Involve end to end Development.
• Ensure successful roll out into production based on priorities and adhering to timelines. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Skills:

• Educational experience of BSc/BE/MSc.
• Minimum 8+ years of work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in hands-on Development.
• 3+ years of experience in Team & Product Management.
• 4+ years of experience in Software Architecture Designing Experience of managing workforce management platform.
• Proficient with technologies like Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Restful Web service, Microservice, Angular Proficient with Databases like Mysql and Mongo Experience with REST API’s and Integration Proficient understanding of security practices Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards Knack for benchmarking and optimization Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (GIT) Experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC models
