About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a leading organization in the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and on boarding to performance management, grievance handling, and exit management. This role combines strategic HRBP functions with hands-on responsibility for employee relations, ensuring ethical compliance and a positive employee experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End HRBP Functions: Manage the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to exit.
  • Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Investigations & Compliance: Lead investigations into employee concerns and ensure compliance with ethics and legal standards.
  • Performance Management: Oversee employee performance, set goals, and provide feedback.
  • Organizational Development: Support organizational change and drive workforce development.
  • Policy & Legal Compliance: Ensure company policies and legal standards are followed.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Implement strategies to boost employee satisfaction and retention, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Talent Attraction: Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top candidates and build a strong employer brand.
  • Leadership Support: Coach managers and leaders on HR best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and leadership teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of HR cases and provide reports to senior management.
  • Exit Management: Manage the offboarding process and conduct exit interviews.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 9–12 years in HR, with a focus on Employee Relations and end-to-end HR functions.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
