We are looking for a seasoned Client Services Manager to join our India TOD (Talent On Demand) function. This role is responsible for end-to-end client engagement, delivery governance, and strategic account growth within the India domestic staffing space. The ideal candidate should have strong client management skills, deep understanding of staffing operations in the Indian market, and the ability to drive delivery excellence across accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Own and nurture client relationships across assigned accounts
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and consistent delivery performance
Account Mining / Mapping
- Explore growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Map key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen account penetration
Collections & Invoicing
- Coordinate with internal finance teams for timely invoicing and collections
- Resolve billing issues and ensure adherence to payment terms
Operational Oversight
- Monitor delivery performance, fulfillment status, and recruitment efficiency
- Ensure process compliance and adherence to client SLAs
Attrition Control
- Monitor engagement of deployed resources
- Work with internal teams to address early exits and improve retention
Rate Negotiations
- Support pricing discussions with clients
- Ensure competitive yet profitable rate structures are maintained
Escalation Management
- Act as a single point of contact for delivery-related escalations
- Ensure timely resolution and root cause analysis
Cross-Selling / Up-Selling
- Identify and promote additional services or verticals to existing clients
- Contribute to overall account growth strategy
Client Meetings & Reviews
- Lead regular review meetings with Clients/MSP
- Present performance reports, hiring insights, and future plans
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze account performance using data dashboards
- Share actionable insights with internal and client stakeholders
Presentations on Performance
- Prepare and deliver structured presentations during QBRs or strategic meetings
Staffing Events
- Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment drives, or client-led staffing events
- Facilitate smooth coordination between client and delivery teams
Strategic Account Planning
- Contribute to long-term account growth through structured planning and stakeholder alignment
- Drive client retention and contract renewals through value-driven engagement
Key Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in India domestic staffing / workforce solutions
- Strong track record of client servicing and delivery governance
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Sound understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Management, or related field
