Job Description

The Campaign Associate aligns to the team’s objective to engage clients to drive revenue growth through brand-building activities, campaigns and programs.

The associate will support the team’s objective through a variety of value-added projects & activities, including: 

Marketing campaign support for differentiated, diversified, compelling marketing campaigns & experiences. Could include supporting campaigns built around marquee events, peer networks, premier sponsorships, and local golf/hospitality, culture/brand purpose among others. Activities could include:

o Pre-planning support (e.g., venue research, etc.)

o Invite list creation o Invite design & deployment o Registration page creation & mgmt.

o Campaign tracking (RSVPs, attendance) o Nametag design/creation

o Client attendee research/briefing materials for GT attendees

o Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) tracking & mgmt.

Client engagement tracking support. Client engagement is our primary metric and, as such, each team member is actively involved in our success. Engagement projects & activities could include:

o CRM data maintenance: updating contact & account information, campaign responses, and missing data related to engagement.

o Engagement analysis & reporting

Market-specific, industry, account and contact, audience-journey and competitive intelligence research: basic to intermediate secondary research and analysis on open source and paid tools for region-specific or US-wide projects

Marketing plan support: actively support implementation of marketing plans within the team through campaign & related activities.

· Account marketing: support advanced relationship development opportunities with buyers at the firm’s most significant accounts. Activities could include research, deliverable support, account planning and more.

The Campaign Associate will also have an active desire to know our customer, with priority delivery to our targeted clients, and will have a commitment to supporting the team in creating moments of influence.

Duties and Responsibilities

Working in Microsoft Dynamic (CRM) to assist with campaign management, creating lists and updating contacts.

• Innovation and Creativity – Assist in the development of innovative and creative marketing programs and initiatives, and communications. Ability to execute at a high level. Actively learn and adopt best practices from across the team.

• Market Research – Strong capabilities in searching and analyzing information and identifying content for marketing and brand-building campaigns – primarily through firm intranet and secondary research tools.

• Collaboration – Plays a role in helping facilitate a high level of collaboration between multiple stakeholders within the marketing and sales organization.

• Project Management – Demonstrated ability to manage projects and processes, and juggle competing priorities, with coaching and supervision. Seek out help as needed in prioritizing work. Take ownership of projects. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Communication – Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to apply consistent messaging, review, edit and proofread marketing collateral in a consistent manner.

• Client Service Orientation – High standards of quality and care. Good client service and skill interfacing with stakeholders. Work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.

• Intellectual Curiosity/Learning Mentality – Actively seek out opportunities to learn from team members and others within the marketing and sales organization; desire to advance skills. Focused on learning the business and the services the firm provides.

• Dependable – Execute assignments without issue and quickly raise hand when in need of help and engagement from more senior members of the team.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism or related field. Highly prefer MBA candidates.

• If bachelor’s degree, min 2 years relevant marketing exp. For MBA candidates, 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience; professional services experience a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and command of the English language, including excellent grammar, sentence structure, editing and proofreading skills.

• Sound skill with Microsoft applications: Expert in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and intermediate in Excel, preferred experience in Publisher. Ability to learn Prezi presentation software.

• Graphic design skills and ability to learn Company LLP brand standards.

Experience:

• If bachelor’s degree, min 2 years relevant marketing exp. For MBA candidates, 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience; professional services experience a plus.

Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field. Highly prefer MBA candidates.
