- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries regarding mobile and gadget repair services
- Convert leads into successful bookings through effective communication
- Explain Buzzmeeh’s offerings clearly and confidently
- Follow up on leads via call, email, and WhatsApp to ensure high conversion
- Maintain customer records and update CRM tools regularly
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and follow-up targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and WhatsApp for business communication
- Must be a team player with a customer-first attitude
